Ingredients: flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, wheat bran flakes, rolled oats, Ghirardelli chocolate chips (60% cocoa, semi-sweet, milk chocolate, white chocolate), butter, eggs, coconut, pecans, walnuts, pure vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, salt.

DARK CHOCOLATE & CHERRY

Ingredients: flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, wheat bran flakes, rolled oats, Ghirardelli chocolate chips (60% cocoa, semi-sweet), dried cherries, coconut, butter, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, salt.

BAKING DIRECTIONS

For best results, follow doctor's orders! Thaw dough in refrigerator or kitchen countertop – Do Not Thaw in Microwave!

Preheat oven to 315˚ F. Butter rimless cookie sheet (yes, butter!), or, for easy clean-up, line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Evenly space heaping teaspoon-sized blobs of dough on your cookie sheet. About 12-16 will fit on the average cookie sheet. To ensure even baking, press dough down with your fingers to create a hockey puck shape; push stray chips or nuts/cherries toward the center.

Bake for 17-20 minutes (oven temperatures vary slightly so check often and adjust baking time accordingly). When done, the edges and the middle should be a golden brown. For crisper cookies bake slightly longer. (Do not increase temperature!) Place cookie sheet on cooling rack for 5 minutes.

Remove cookies with spatula and place warm cookies directly on cooling rack. If parchment paper is used, simply slide paper off the cookie sheet onto cooling racks. Cool an additional 5-10 min. Enjoy!

Keep frozen or refrigerated until ready to use. Use within one week of thawing.
